Electroplated diamond grinding wheel

Electroplated diamond wheel is a kind of diamond wheel made by electro chemical method. The working layer of the wheel contains diamond abrasive particles, and the diamond abrasive is bonded to the substrate by metal bond. Firstly, the thickness of deposited metal bond is 20% of the height of diamond abrasive particles (sand loading), and then continue to bond (thicken) diamond abrasive particles with metal bond, with a thickness of about 2/3 of the height of diamond abrasive particles.
